All Locations Closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

All DMPL locations will be closed on Monday, January 20, in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. The Forest Avenue Library's annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Celebration will take place at 4 PM at the Forest Avenue Library. Doors open at 3:30 PM for the program.

Warming Center Information: The Central Library meeting room wing will be open on Monday, January 20, from 9 AM-5 PM for use as a warming center. The library itself will remain closed.

Every week enjoy a different drop-in craft for our littlest readers.  From paper bag puppets to process-based art, these activities will help kids combine learning and play using the five simple steps of literacy: read, write, talk, sing, play!  Best for ages 2-6 with adult supervision.
