To celebrate Latinx Heritage Month (Sept. 15-Oct. 15) we are creating Amate paintings inspired by ancient Mexican Folk Art.  Amate is a type of paper made from the bark of a tree and has been used in Latin America for centuries.

Art in the Library is for children ages 6-12 and requires preregistration.
