Hospice care is provided for people of all ages with all diagnoses during the final stage of their life with routine home care, respite care or inpatient care. Taylor Hospice House offers a facility with 12 beds and has an RN on duty 24 hours a day for those wanting or needing inpatient hospice care services.

House of Mercy offers substance-related/addictive disorders treatment and mental health programs. Also provides transitional housing for sober living, which allows more time to improve functioning while residing in an affordable, safe, clean, and therapeutically supportive environment.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9 AM-2 PM to apply for services. Office is generally open until 6:00 PM.

Services include crisis counseling, service referrals, showers and laundry facilities, a cell phone charging station, donation center access, service referrals and staff support for youth living without safe, stable housing. Also offers nine low-barrier, single bed units for youth (18-24).

Hours: Monday-Friday 10 AM-6 PM

Meals: During the week, we provide free, nutritious, warm meals at lunch (12-1 p.m.) and dinner (5-6 p.m.) to all at-risk and homeless youth ages 16-22.
