Mindspring Mental Health Alliance is a grassroots education, support, and advocacy organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals impacted by mental health.

Delivers meals to those managing a chronic disease, recuperating at home, living independently, or caring for a loved one.

Art Access offers free art-making opportunities and education to individuals with disabilities on an ongoing basis. Participants learn to make art on a budget, find ways to improve their mood, or develop skills in the arts.

Mosaic stands alongside people with intellectual disabilities to bring awareness to issues that affect their lives. Services span housing, community support, healthcare coordination, job coaching, and immigration mental health evaluation intake and follow up.

Emotional support and referrals to local community resources

The NAMI HelpLine is a free, confidential nationwide service that provides one-on-one emotional support, mental health information and resources needed to tackle tough challenges that you, your family or friends are facing. 

The hotline is staffed by caring professionals who will treat you with dignity and respect. Callers will be assigned a case manager, who will remain their point of contact. A case manager will assist you with reporting the crime and connect you with other resources as needed. It is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. central time. Services are available for speakers of English, Spanish, and other languages.
