Private organizations or individuals, as well as any closed meetings, will be charged a rental fee of $20 per hour for use of this room. Rooms may not be used for personal private events (i.e. birthdays, baby showers, etc.)

Nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations holding meetings that are open to the public may use the room free of charge. All events booked as nonprofit must submit or have on file proof of 501 (c) 3 status. Nonprofit organizations are subject to the Iowa Open Meeting Laws or they must pay the for-profit rate.

Room should be reserved at least five days in advance and may be booked up to eight weeks in the future.

Rental fee includes time for set up and take down. Users will not be admitted before or after their scheduled reservation time.

Food or Drink Requirements

Please note that serving food in the Meeting Room will require a $20 maintenance fee. There is a kitchenette with sink, microwave, and coffee maker. You may bring food in from any source, and are responsible for room clean up.

I hereby acknowledge that I am responsible for the condition of the room(s) at the end of my event and am responsible for the cost of all damages. It is my responsibility to request a pre-event walkthrough if desired.
I have scheduled my arrival and departure times to include time for setup and clean up. All events must end at the scheduled departure time.
The library parking garage has a two-hour time limit and is only open during library hours. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform meeting attendees of their parking options during their meeting.
