Bring your young ones to our Little Explorers program, designed for children ages 0-5, to discover, learn and play with different sensory activities. No Registration is Required. Please wear play clothes as some activities may be messy.

Join Miss Jennifer for Preschool Storytime on Monday mornings at 10:15 a.m.  There will be stories, rhymes, music, and more.

This storytime is recommended for ages three to five, but all children are welcome to attend.

Babies and their caregivers can join Miss Jennifer on Tuesdays for rhymes, songs, bounces, and a story followed by a short playtime.

Have you ever wished to travel back in time to the age of the dinosaurs? Join us for this LEGO challenge where you'll never know when you'll need to run for cover or save a baby dinosaur. Ages 3 +

Join Miss Donna for this fun filled story time! Together we will enjoy stories, songs, and more, all selected to engage your active toddler. Ages 18 months to 3 years old.

Bring your stuffy friend to the Franklin Library to enjoy a fun afternoon of camp activities and crafts from 3 to 4:30 in the meeting room. All ages are welcome.

Bring the whole family and play a good old-fashioned game of Bingo, but with superheroes instead of numbers.  Feel free to come as you are, or dress up as your favorite superhero. 

Are you a graphic novel fan? Join us for our EPIC Graphic Novel BOOK CLUB for ages 7-11. We will chat about this month's book and work on a fun activity or craft related to the book! Registration Required.

The whole family can visit the library and take on our Family STEM Challenge.  This month we will have supplies available to make a paper cup jumping rabbit.  Materials will be available between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

There are so many amazing animals that live in Iowa!  Join our special guests from the Neal Smith National Wildlife Refuge for games, crafts, hands-on learning activities, and a scavenger hunt as we celebrate all the plants and cuddly critter

Visit the library for an ocean themed storytime with special guest Pout-Pout Fish!  There will be stories, songs, and a chance to get your picture taken with our big fishy friend.

Bring your friends and come to this monthly program with any cards you want to trade.  This event is open to children ages 7-18.
