Program Description
Event Details
This hands-on program will focus on using watercolor techniques to capture the essence of Fall in Iowa. Beginning and intermediate artists are invited to learn the basics or refresh their skills. East Side Library watercolor programs are directed by Library Assistant and artist Ben Hatcher. All materials are provided although attendees are welcome to bring their own art supplies. Registration is required.
