FLU SHOT CLINIC

5-7 PM Monday, Sept. 28

Nurses with the Polk County Health Department will offer flu shots at the East Side Library, 2559 Hubbell Ave.

What to bring: Your insurance card. There is a suggested donation for those without insurance, but no one will be turned away!

NOTE: Face coverings are required to enter the building.

5-7 PM Lunes, 28 de sept.

Enfermeras del departamento de salud del condado de Polk County ofrecerán vacunas contra la gripe en la biblioteca East Side Library, 2559 Hubbell Ave.

Qué debe traer: su tarjeta de seguro médico. Se sugiere una donación para quienes no tienen seguro, ¡pero nadie será rechazadx!
