Event Details

Transgender people belong everywhere, including in Iowa. This program will provide an overview of transgender Iowans' rights under state and federal law, along with strategies to advocate for transgender rights in the state legislature and your community.

As a community engagement associate with the ACLU of Iowa, Erica Dubin-Barz (she/her) works to educate Iowans about their rights under state and federal law, advocate for civil liberties, and collaborate with organizations and individuals to make our state a more just place.
