Teens! Help us celebrate TeenTober at the library! Stop by any of our six branches to pick up a TeenTober Take-and-Make Bag with fun swag and one piece of a very special community project!

We’ve partnered with the student-led organization *CORE (Community of Racial Equity for Advancement) to help facilitate a community mural that you can be a part of. Use the prompt and paper in the bag to create a work of self-expression, and bring it with you to a very special TeenTober Mural Party at Central Library on Monday, October 24, at 4 PM! While we assemble the the mural, we'll eat food and play tabletop and video games!

TeenTober activities are intended for teens ages 12-18. Bags will be available while supplies last.

*CORE is a student-led organization that challenges inequities in education and provides community for BIPOC students and allies to connect on school and community issues. If you are interested in learning more about the CORE, please visit https://sites.google.com/site/core4advancement/home.
