Join local Doula Jazzmine, Jai Olive, as you prepare for your labor, delivery, and postpartum journey. A doula is a trained professional that provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support to pregnant individuals and their partners. Learn tips and tricks on how to have a successful medicated or unmedicated birth, as well as ways to successfully breastfeed or chest feed your baby and care for yourself after birth. All attendees receive a birth plan worksheet and a free 30-minute follow-up consult with Jai Olive.
