Register for FREE Lifeline Government Phone Assistance. Damien Walton will be on hand to enroll people in the program. To qualify, participants should be enrolled in another government assistance program such as SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Housing Assistance, etc.
New program requirements make it easier to enroll and no ID is necessary.
You will need: Full name, birthdate, address, last 4 of social security number, and the name of the assistance program you are currently enrolled in. Successful applicants can receive their phone on the spot.
