Program Description

Event Details

The Des Moines Symphony Academy’s "Instrument Petting Zoo" is visiting the South Side Library! Children who wish to learn about the violin and the cello will have the chance to "pet" and play a violin and cello with an instructor from the Symphony Academy! Families can also listen to kid-friendly tunes, and learn more about classical instruments.

Be sure to stop by the Children's Area to make a music note scratch art craft, too!  For youth ages 3-12.
