Program Type:Health & Wellness
This series, presented by the ISU Extension office, will help youth gain an understanding of mindfulness and its connection to stress management, relationships, and overall wellbeing.
The curriculum consists of six 60-minute lessons. The program can be done as single, stand-alone lessons, but are most impactful completed as an entire series. Mondays at 4:00: January 23, 30; February 6, 13, 27; March 6.
