Program Description

Event Details

Dungeons & Dragons is a role-playing game set in worlds of swords and sorcery where players use their imaginations to tell a story and create an adventure together.
Join us as we learn the basics of how to get started and play with The Rook Room. We will learn everything from character creation, to combat, to the basics of storytelling, and more.

  • Session One (April 06): We will give a general overview of the game and learn how to create a character
  • Session Two (April 20): Every D&D game needs a Dungeon Master.  Tonight we will learn how to play this important role in a D&D game.
  • Free Play (May 18): New and experienced players are welcome to play a one-shot game of Dungeons & Dragons!

(Note: It is not necessary to come to each session. While D&D is recommended for ages 11 and up, this series is designed for adults.)
