All locations of the Des Moines Public Library will close at 5pm on Wednesday, December 24. All locations will remain closed on Thursday, December 25 and Friday, December 26. Regular hours will resume on Saturday, December 27.

Snippets: A Writers' Workshop for Shorter Works. This group will read and discuss works out loud. Seating is limited. Registration is required.

Snippets will always be held the same week as Writers' Workshop which is on the first Monday of the month unless we have a holiday.
