Have you heard of forest bathing?  Would you like to know more about what it is, and why it has become so popular?

Join us for a 1-hour presentation from a local forest bathing guide to learn more about this wellness practice and how it's taken off in Iowa!  Certified Nature + Forest Therapy Guide Brandy Case Haub of Intertwined Iowa will discuss the history and practice of forest bathing, and about its origination in Japan. She will share photos and stories of her recent trip to Japan where she experienced Shinrin-yoku, or Japanese forest bathing, in the forests where the practice originated 40 years ago.

Come learn about this Japanese philosophy that uniquely connects nature and wellness! If your interest is piqued, then join us on September 21st for a 2-hr forest bathing walk led by Brandy! The forest bathing walk will have limited numbers, so make sure you check out the registration on that event to get signed up.

Registration also required for this event.
