All Locations Closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

All DMPL locations will be closed on Monday, January 20, in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. The Forest Avenue Library's annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Celebration will take place at 4 PM at the Forest Avenue Library. Doors open at 3:30 PM for the program.

Warming Center Information: The Central Library meeting room wing will be open on Monday, January 20, from 9 AM-5 PM for use as a warming center. The library itself will remain closed.

Children and teens ages 8-18 can join us at the North Side Library on the 2nd Tuesday of each month for Art Club!

This month, choose a pre-made painting or printed picture and use our materials to add your own spin on things! Will you turn your painting into something scary, silly, gross, or beautiful? There are no wrong answers or judgement on your artistic skills at this program!
