Warming Centers

All DMPL locations are serving as warming centers during open hours through noon on February 1. DART will provide free rides to designated warming center locations while the Extreme Temperature Plan is in effect.

We are no longer accepting teen volunteer applications for the 2023-2024 school year.

Summer Volunteering: Teens ages 12-18 can pick up a volunteer application starting Monday, April 1 at the Franklin Library youth desk. Applications must be turned in by May 5 for consideration.
