All DMPL locations are currently serving as Polk County Warming Centers during open hours. DART will be providing free rides to warming centers while the extreme temperature plan is in effect. More information about warming centers can be found on the Polk County website.

Program Description

Event Details

Join bilingual (Spanish-English) ASAP Teaching Artist Paola Elena Acuna to design and make your own jewelry to wear or give to someone special. We'll focus on making bracelets and necklaces using beads and charms. All materials and snacks provided for participants.

This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Drop offs will not be permitted.

Children’s Program

Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a caregiver over 12 years old.
