Join Judith Leavitt for an introduction to the world of premium loose leaf tea. Explore the origins and myths of tea, learn where and how it’s grown, discover the six types, and get tips for brewing the perfect cup. Taste three premium teas - green, oolong, and black - along with teatime treats.

Judith Leavitt is the president of TalkingTea LLC and the author of several books, including Talking Tea: Casual Tea Drinker to Tea Connoisseur and Oolongs: Partially Oxidized Teas with Complex Aromas and Flavors. Judith teaches tea classes online and in-person for senior centers, libraries, and other groups, and also offers personalized tea tastings for individuals. She received the Apprentice Tea Sommelier designation from the renowned tea expert James Norwood Pratt and has completed tea classes through the World Tea Academy.
