All DMPL locations are serving as warming centers during open hours through noon on February 1. DART will provide free rides to designated warming center locations while the Extreme Temperature Plan is in effect.

Event Details

Add a warm glow to the cold winter season! With tissue paper, your unique creativity, and a flameless tea light, you'll transform a regular mason jar into a beautiful winter luminary! Registration is required, as supplies are limited.
