Please join us for this workshop on watercolor techniques. Beginning and returning artists are invited to develop or improve their watercolor techniques while adding magic to their paintings! East Side Library watercolor programs are hosted by Library Assistant and artist Ben Hatcher. Basic materials such paints, brushes, and paper provided. Attendees are welcome to bring their own materials. Registration required.
