Library opening delayed

All locations of the Des Moines Public Library will open at Noon Saturday, December 14 due to weather. All locations will serve as emergency warming shelters during open hours.

Kids and families! Join Miss Janee and Rosie the Reading Monster live at 10:15 a.m. LIVE on Facebook for Virtual Storytime: Let's Move! Miss Janee will read From Head to Toe by Eric Carle while Rosie and kids at home can move to the story. Afterwards, get ready for some songs, wiggles, games and fun! 

Virtual Storytime is aimed at children ages 3-5, but all ages are welcome to join in.
