Whether you're just exploring the idea of vegan or gluten free foods or you've been living that vegan life for a while, you'll want to hear from local baker and business owner, Marti Payseur of Thistle's Summit. Marti will share with us her journey into baking and vegan baking, while teaching us about easy switches to make your baking allergy and food sensitivity friendly!
