All DMPL locations are serving as warming centers during open hours through noon on February 1. DART will provide free rides to designated warming center locations while the Extreme Temperature Plan is in effect.

All aboard! 

Trains are taking over the Franklin Library this weekend!  Visit the library to see a huge model train display set up by the DesMoiNTrak modular railroad club.  The N scale model railroads are featured in the meeting room for train lovers of all ages to enjoy.  Visit the children's area for a train activity and scavenger hunt as well.
