Climbing Everest: An Iowa Woman’s Journey to the Summit

Jennifer Loeb is an Iowa native, Wartburg College graduate, and accomplished mountaineer who began climbing in 2010 after years of volunteer work both locally and internationally. She has since summited peaks around the world, including Mt. Everest in 2016, and in 2021 became the first and only woman from Iowa to complete the “7 Summits” by climbing the highest peak on every continent.
