All Locations Closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

All DMPL locations will be closed on Monday, January 20, in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. The Forest Avenue Library's annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Celebration will take place at 4 PM at the Forest Avenue Library. Doors open at 3:30 PM for the program.

Warming Center Information: The Central Library meeting room wing will be open on Monday, January 20, from 9 AM-5 PM for use as a warming center. The library itself will remain closed.

Spend some time outside at Central! Take a turn through the fire safety obstacle course, then check out the fire truck, garbage truck, dump truck, street sweeper, and more!

The parking lot at the northwest corner of 10th and Grand will be available for free parking during the event.
