Take & Make: Beeswax Wraps

Let's eliminate some plastic in our kitchens with our Take & Make: Beeswax Wrap program! 

Beeswax wraps are sustainable food storage option. Instead of using cling wrap or tin foil, beeswax wrap can be reused over and over again. Participants who register for the program will receive a kit with all the materials needed to make beeswax wrap at home! Materials are: cotton cloth, beeswax, pine resin, and jojoba oil.  Participants will need to supply: a paintbrush and parchment paper.

DMPL librarian, Haley, will assist participants with learning and creating their own beeswax wraps.
