Program Description

Event Details

Use your extra day in 2024 to drop into the Central Library and make no-sew tie tote bags to donate back to the community. We will have a variety of used t-shirts to make bags out of, but if you'd like to give another life to a well loved tee, feel free to bring your own from home. Each attendee will get to make one bag to keep and take home, but if you'd like to stay longer and make more bags, we will be donating them to use at our community fridge. We encourage families to attend and participate together!

Central Parking

Free library parking is available in Central's underground parking garage for two hours per visit. Parking around the library is metered at various costs from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Monday-Saturday.

Children’s Program

Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a caregiver over 12 years old.
