Warming Centers

All DMPL locations are serving as warming centers during open hours through noon on February 1. DART will provide free rides to designated warming center locations while the Extreme Temperature Plan is in effect.

Event Details

The wheels on the bus go 'round and 'round during this special edition of storytime! We'll meet a DART (Des Moines Area Regional Transit) staff member who will read the Caldecott and Newbery winning book Last Stop on Market Street, learn about bus safety, and see a city bus up close as we take a ride around the neighborhood!
