Event Details
Join us for a fun bilingual program that is inspired by Yoga, and informed by science. We will focus on basic Yoga poses, as well as yoga-inspired movement and stillness to support your child’s early learning. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Yoga mats will be provided. Registration required!

Nos enfocaremos en posiciones de Yoga básicas, tanto como movimiento y quietad inspirado por Yoga para apoyar el desarrollo de su hijx. Favor de ponerse ropa cómoda y traer una botella de agua.
