Program Description

Event Details

Design your own Pride flag and patches at the Forest Avenue Library!

For something larger, you can create a pillow or wall hanging. For something smaller, add a patch to your jacket or bag.

Each participant needs to bring their own hand sewing supplies and/or sewing machine.

Some supplies will be provided, but donations are welcome too. Things like jeans and T-shirts can be upcycled into new items, so if you have basic colors or fun prints in a variety of rainbow colors, feel free to bring them!

Basic guides for making patterns will be available, but there is a free quilt pattern attached for anyone feeling ambitious to try at home!
