Join us for an exciting oil pastel program at the library! This program is perfect for artists of all levels who want to learn more about oil pastels. You’ll learn how to use oil pastels to create beautiful and unique artwork. Our program will be directed by experienced artist Ben Hatcher, who will provide all the necessary materials. However, attendees are welcome to bring their own art supplies. Please note that registration is required to attend the program.
