Warming Centers

All DMPL locations are serving as warming centers during open hours through noon on February 1. DART will provide free rides to designated warming center locations while the Extreme Temperature Plan is in effect.

Join Joel with Des Moines Parks and Recreation to learn about what City of Des Moines Parks & Rec has done with Natives in their Parks program and with their Neighborhood program! Joel will also go into specific species that attendees could used around their houses and how to incorporate them in their gardens and yards.
