All locations of the Des Moines Public Library will open at Noon Saturday, December 14 due to weather. All locations will serve as emergency warming shelters during open hours.

Come learn how to make Pie Bird Pies' all-butter pie dough, roll a crust, make a classic apple filling, and put together a pie. Watch the pie-making process from start to finish and leave with a recipe for apple pie -- just in time for the holidays!
