All DMPL locations are serving as warming centers during open hours through noon on February 1. DART will provide free rides to designated warming center locations while the Extreme Temperature Plan is in effect.

Event Details

Kids and families can celebrate Chinese New Year by making scratch art crafts during Kid's Craft Day! Drop in at South 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM in the Elementary Area and decorate a scratch art dragon and decorate other items to make and take home! For youth ages 3 and up. Parent/guardian must be present with children. This is a drop-in, unsupervised program. Crafts available while supplies last.
