Do you think journaling isn’t for you? Too hard? Too scary? Unsafe, even? Journaling to Heal will answer those questions and more. Journaling is an inexpensive, readily available practice for self-awareness, problem solving, goal setting, and much more. This three hour workshop, led by Billie Wade, is designed to help you use journaling techniques on your life journey whether you have never opened a journal or have boxes of organized journals.

Light snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring a lunch. We have a limited number of journals to provide to attendees so please bring your own if possible. This program is for adults 18+.
