DMPL Locations Are Warming Centers

All DMPL locations are currently serving as Polk County Warming Centers during open hours. DART will be providing free rides to warming centers while the extreme temperature plan is in effect. More information about warming centers can be found on the Polk County website.

Program Description

Event Details

DART staff will lead a training to help individuals learn to ride the bus in Greater Des Moines, as well provide updates on new programs and services. Training will demonstrate how to plan a trip, read maps and schedules, recognize bus stops, pay fares, practice rider safety and more. Attendees will receive a free monthly bus pass.
