All Locations Closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

All DMPL locations will be closed on Monday, January 20, in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. The Forest Avenue Library's annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Celebration will take place at 4 PM at the Forest Avenue Library. Doors open at 3:30 PM for the program.

Warming Center Information: The Central Library meeting room wing will be open on Monday, January 20, from 9 AM-5 PM for use as a warming center. The library itself will remain closed.

All sorts of animals are hibernating in the library! From bears and woodchucks to snakes and bumblebees, learn about how the animal kingdom deals with the winter weather by finding all of their pictures and winning a prize! Best for ages 6+
