Library opening delayed

All locations of the Des Moines Public Library will open at Noon Saturday, December 14 due to weather. All locations will serve as emergency warming shelters during open hours.

Franklin Avenue Library is no longer accepting new volunteer applications for the 2022-2023 school year.

Summer volunteer applications will be available to pickup at the Youth Desk starting Saturday, April 1.
