All Locations Closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

All DMPL locations will be closed on Monday, January 20, in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. The Forest Avenue Library's annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Celebration will take place at 4 PM at the Forest Avenue Library. Doors open at 3:30 PM for the program.

Warming Center Information: The Central Library meeting room wing will be open on Monday, January 20, from 9 AM-5 PM for use as a warming center. The library itself will remain closed.

Event Details

Families and kids can celebrate Halloween early at South with our Halloween-themed storytime! Listen to not-so-spooky stories, songs, fingerplays, participate in a library parade indoors, and decorate a mini pumpkin to take home! Costumes are welcome, but not required. For youth ages 3 and up.
