Program Description

Event Details

Come learn to bind a book using non-adhesive book tape and stitching! We'll learn a common, sturdy process for producing an attractive hand-bound book.

Then come back for the next two weeks as we use different binding techniques to delve deeper into working with paper and thread.

This program involves awls, needles, and craft knives. Teens and adults only, please! If sharp tools are inaccessible for you but you'd like to attend, contact Nikki at nmrhodes@dmpl.org, who will be able to propose some accommodations.
