Warming Centers

All DMPL locations are serving as warming centers during open hours through noon on February 1. DART will provide free rides to designated warming center locations while the Extreme Temperature Plan is in effect.

Event Details

Dogs, cats, ducks, rabbits, and a pigeon -- oh my! Come hang out with the Animal Rescue Leagues TheraPets at the East Side Library. 

We will also have a few tables set up for coloring and card making!
