Event Details

The Art of Expression is a program for teens to learn and create different types of art in a relaxed atmosphere. 

On August 20, we will learn about a form of art therapy developed in the 1980s called Neurographic Art, which is designed to promote relaxation and mindfulness.

Registration is required due to limited supplies.
