About the Book Fair
We’re bringing back the Grown-Up Book Fair for a special holiday edition! Buy all the books you need for the holiday season at the Central Library on Saturday, December 6, from 12–4 PM.
Browse and buy books, stickers, food, gifts, and more from local independent book stores and gift shops. Vendors will be stationed throughout the entire library to make for a smooth shopping experience.
As you get your shopping done, you'll also be supporting the Des Moines Public Library - 10% of all purchases will be donated to the Des Moines Public Library
Free parking will be available in the garage below the library and in the surface lot north of the building at 10th Street and Grand Avenue.
