Program Description

Event Details

Celebrate You! We will read The Day You Begin by Jacqueline Woodson and then create a self portrait using egg cartons and recycled materials. Registration required - Please register as a family if more than one child will be attending. Ages 3 +

Materials needed:

  • Scissors 
  • Crayons, markers, or colored pencils or paints
  • Construction paper or colored paper
  • Craft materials provided by the library-Registration is required to receive materials for craft.

*Registrants will receive a bag with supplies needed to make the craft and will be available for pick-up at Franklin Avenue Branch.
