City of Des Moines Community Engagement Open Meeting

Please join us for a public information meeting with the City of Des Moines with a focus on property taxes, storm water projects, and local option sales tax. 

The library will provide a kid’s corner in the meeting room with books and crafts to engage children with quiet activities during the meeting. 

Meetings will be held around the city on the following dates:

Central Library, 1000 Grand Avenue – November 12

Franklin Avenue Library, 5000 Franklin Avenue – November 14

Pioneer Columbus Community Center, 2100 SE 5^th Street – November 19

East Side Library, 2559 Hubbell Avenue – November 21
