RAINBOW
ROWELL
Monday, April 18 | 7:00 PM
Central Library | 1000 Grand Avenue

Rainbow Rowell visits Des Moines on tour for her first novel, Attachments, which features three characters, Beth, Jennifer, and Lincoln. Beth and Jennifer know their email at work is being monitored but it doesn’t stop them from gossiping about their personal life. Lincoln’s job is to warn people who misuse work mail accounts but instead finds him intrigued with the two women, especially Beth. By the time he realizes that he has fallen for Beth it is too late to unread all of the messages and too awkward to introduce himself.

Rainbow Rowell is a columnist at the Omaha World-Herald and a feature writer for the Living section of Omaha.com. She is an active blogger about pop culture, loves everything related to Glee, and lives in Omaha with her husband and two sons.
